Our Assisted Home Purchase program can help you realize the dream of home ownership sooner than you might think. We have found that most people who can\'t qualify for their own mortgage share some things in common. They either don\'t have enough money for a down payment on a home, or else they have credit problems. Usually the only way that a person with one of these problems will ever own a home in the near future is to get a mortgage with a very high interest rate through a high-risk lender. Unfortunately, most people can not afford the monthly payment associated with that particular type of mortgage.

Realizing that a substantial portion of the population is experiencing these same challenges, we set about to develop a way in which people can start building toward their future instead of renting for the rest of their lives.
